Gcobisile Rasmeni 
Founder & CEO
Gcobisile Rasmeni is a seasoned risk practitioner, who in the past served as a member of Audit and Risk Committees for South African Municipalities, as well as holding executive roles in the insurance financial services sector. He is a risk practitioner with many years of experience, in combining real world expertise and experience with a solid grounding in global Best Practice, in implementing solutions in different environments including Banks, and Insurance Companies.
Background Education
Dr. Rasmeni is a graduate of more than four universities, gaining his first degree at the University of Cape Town with a BCom degree majoring in Information Systems and Business Process Re-engineering, following this with a Postgraduate Management Advancement Programme (MAP) from the University of Witwatersrand, He then decided to pursue insurance education by obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Services Laws, Regulations and Compliance from London Metropolitan University (UK). He also holds a prestigious MBA degree awarded by the University of Liverpool (UK). He fulfilled all academic requirements and credits in order to obtain his Doctorate degree with AIU (USA) in 2015.
Background Experience
Dr. Rasmeni with his background and experience in insurance, he is approved by the Regulator (FSCA) to be FAIS Key Individual, FAIS Rep and a FAIS Compliance Officer. He is certified with both RE1 and RE5 Regulatory Examination. His work experience includes working for the following banks and insurance companies; Old Mutual, Santam, Lion of Africa Insurance, Surenet Financial Services, FNB and Nedbank Group.
